Energy researcher Remco de Boer MSc writes and speaks on energy and climate. He is the host of Studio Energie – In Search of Europe’s Energy Future – a weekly podcast featuring key players in the European energy and climate debate. He also contributes opinion pieces to Energiepodium.nl.
Last year, his book Droomland – The Dutch Energy and Climate Policy and What Became of It was published: a sobering, moving and at times disheartening account of a quarter-century of energy and climate policy in the Netherlands.
Previously, he published the book Tussen hoogmoed en hysterie (Between Arrogance and Hysteria), examining the battle over shale gas in the Netherlands. De Boer has also served as a commentator for BNR Nieuwsradio and written expert articles for Het Financieele Dagblad.
Mr. Remco de Boer will be moderator of the Conference Day 2, on 15 January.
